PERU EXPLORE 15DAYS/14NIGHTS-Tambopata Amazon Jungle, Sacred Valley, Machu Picchu, Titicaca, Colca Canyon, Lima City Tour
Itinerary
Day 1 Lima
Arrival (Lima), Overnight Lima.
Day 2-4 Amazon Jungle trip
Flight to Puerto Maldonado, reception at the airport and transfer to the river Port. We will spend two days in one of the most spectacular reserves of the Amazonian Rainforest, the Tambopata Reserve. The first day we will have a nice trip by boat to the lodge. After lunch we will have a tour guide to the monkey island. In the way back to the lodge there will be chances to see caimans and also capybaras. The second day we will go to the Sandoval Lake where the variety of birds and plants makes this place wild and beautiful. If we are lackeys we may see black caimans. The 4th day we have and early morning breakfast and we go back to Puerto Maldonado Airport and flight to Cusco. (2lunch-2breakfast-2dinner). Estimated time to be in Cusco at 12:30pm, Free afternoon, overnight in Cusco.
Day 5 Cusco
City tour around Cusco area, we will see a lot of archaeological sites as Sacasayhuaman, Qenqo Puca Pucara, Tambomachay, the cathedral and Qoricancha, all of them important In the Incas time. (1 Lunch, 1 dinner) overnight in Cusco.
Day 6 Sacred Valley
The seventh day we will go through the Sacred Valley, where we'll see Pisaq and Ollantaytambo both important archaeological sites from the Incas time. (1 breakfast, 1 lunch) overnight in Ollantaytambo.
Day 7 Machu Picchu
After breakfast we will have a Tour guide where we will see the beautiful aesthetic design of the Inca architecture of Machu Picchu considered now as a one of the Seven Wonders of the World. The same day we take the train form Aguas Calientes (Town bellow Machu Picchu) to Cusco. (1 breakfast) overnight in Cusco.
Day 8
Day off. (1 Breakfast) overnight in Cusco
Day 9
Six hours bus ride to Puno. Beautiful scenery of the Andes from Cusco to the flat area of the Altiplano in Puno,. We can see the changes in the different climate zones throughout the trip. In the afternoon we will have a free Day. (1 Breakfast)overnight in Puno.
Day 10-11 Lake Titicaca tour Taquile, Amantani and Uros Island
Lake Titicaca is the highest elevated navigable lake in the world. We will visit Uros Islands, home of the oldest civilization of the region. These islands, made out of totora, a combination of reed and mud, float on the lake. We continue to Taquile Island that preserves remarkable customs in dress. Later we will return to Puno after two amazing days on the blue waters of Lake Titicaca. (2 Breakfast, 2Luchs, 1 dinner) 11th day overnight in Puno.
Day 12 Arequipa
Six hour bus ride to Arequipa
Afternoon City tour (Optional). (1 Breakfast) overnight in Arequipa.
Day 13-14 Colca Canyon
North of Arequipa is the amazing Colca Canyon. Twice as deep as the Grand Canyon in North America, the distance from the Colca riverbed to the top of the cliff is more than 13,100 feet. We will have a nice trek and it will be possible to relax in the Calera hot springs. 7th day we will have a little bus ride to Cruz del Condor where, we can appreciate the canyon and the impressive condors flying. (2B, 2L, 1D) overnight in Arequipa
Day 15 Lima
Early fight to Lima and city tour guide for 3 hours around Lima Colonial, Miraflores and San Isidro area. Good bye Peruvian Lunch.

Group leader: A group leader throughout the trip. Local guides while on the Inca Trail, at Machu Picchu and while biking and rafting.

What is not included?
Hotel and meals during the days that passengers want to stay in Cusco, Arequipa or any of the other cities, instead of continuing on with the trips.
Accommodation, rooms at the hotels and lodge are double rooms. Single rooms will be and additional cost to the establish price on the Hotels.
What to bring?
Rain coat (you can also get this in Peru for 4 dollars), warm jacket Just in case, 2 pair of shoes snickers and some kind of hiking boots, cap, mosquito repellent (You can also get this In Peru)
We recommend to bring pills for altitude sickness, and stomaching problems, this is most frequent trouble for travellers

Coast-Lima: January to April Summer Season hot and humed. May to December Winter, Humed it can be a Little cold, drizzling in some days, temperatur average between 15 to 20 degrees
Andes-Puno: Cusco. May to September Winter cold and dry. October to December Spring a Little could temperature average between 10 to 18 degrees
Jungle-Puerto Maldonado Tambopata: Hot Humed temperature average 15 to 25 degrees
